"Superior plumbing has saved the day for me on countless occasions. I hit a sewer pipe with a lawnmower because it was sticking out of the ground and hidden by overgrown grass. I didn't know what it was, and sewage started coming out a few days later. I had another plumbing company come out and quote me $30k for a sewer lateral. I then had Superior Plumbing come out since they had recently installed a sewer lateral for my parents' house for much less. They said a piece of the pipe fell into the pipe, causing it to clog. They addressed the issue and returned a few days later to replace the pipe with PVS, which proved to be very affordable. I then had them return to strap pipes under the house and install a water pressure regulator, as the water pressure was 95 when it should be 60. "I have had problems with a leak in the master shower, for 24 years. Several plumbers have supposedly fixed the problem, to no avail. Finally a diagnosis. All American send a plumber that actually went up into the ceiling and found the problem; a failure of the home builder to place a water sealant/silicone between the shower and the tile, during installation, allowing the water to slowly leak into the wall and ceiling below.
Although they did not do the repairs, which required a shower installation company, I am absolutely thrilled that the problem appears to be solved. The diagnosis itself was worth its weight in gold.
