Rick evacuated the cracks we had in our basement walls, inspected inside and outside of our house, and gave us recommendations as to how to secure the walls. After making his suggestion to help solve the situation, he shared diagrams and dimensions of the project before giving us a written estimate of the job. Tyler and Mark came out to complete the project. Tyler called to confirm the time that they would arrive, arrived on time, walked with us down the basement and showed us on his tablet, as well as in the basement, what they were going to do. "The lifting and crack sealing of my driveway and front walkway/porch was fantastic. The driveway sank a little bit a couple of months after application and they came back to lift it free of charge. However, if you need concrete flatwork done, I would suggest going elsewhere. We had two corners that needed poured because they were too damaged to lift. They had to come out to repour three times in one year, and the concrete is already starting to crack again."

"Website promises a "thorough" evaluation - actual evaluation provided was minimal, with maximal attempted upsell. Representative informed me, "We don't fix leaks or prevent water entry, we divert the water to drain it." The so-called "solution" offered was to rip up the finished basement carpet and jackhammer the floor to lay a drainpipe from the window area all the way to the sump 50 feet away (which would also require tearing up and through the finished theater room). Like taking a car in for a flat tire and being offered the purchase of a different vehicle. I took down the drywall myself and established that water entry at ground level above the foundation had rotted the frame around the window - replacing the lumber and resealing the egress area will solve the problem. "Solution" offered by Thrasher would have done nothing to resolve issue. Company may well provide services suitable for unfinished basements - however did not make the slightest attempt to diagnose my problem and provide an appropriately logical fix."

"Concrete was poorly done 2 years ago, the color was light grey compared to new concrete pored by an another company. Finish was smooth rather than brushed for traction, concrete was sprayed all over back home wall and grill. Parts were higher than others so not a great grade. Concrete cracked within 1 year and completely failed by year 2. Top lift off and crumbling. Mario said he’d take care of it but months went by without resolve, delays and ignoring communications. Do not recommend this company."
