"Discovered a water leak in an external irrigation line. Called ProQuality Plumbing thru Angie. Frank called back in minutes. One of his team came out same day and viewed the issue. Following some troubleshooting talk, we came up with the best and least costly long term solution and price. Temporary fix was applied. Arrived on time the next morning. Trenching was completed in a day. Second day pipe was laid with connections completed AND pressure testing..no leaks and water now to our backyard lawn and plants late in the day. 3rd day trench filled. Armando, site supervisor came back and finished final details the morning of day 4. Very professional team!"

We discussed alternative and, with the exposing of before unseen corrosion, I decided it most economical and expeditious to replace the old copper with pex. Naomi advised me of the preference to copper but unfortunately I was at my budget limit. The work was performed quite expertly, quickly, with tons of care to reduce the drywall repairs that will be needed after and, most importantly to me precisely on a very reasonable budget considering the amount of time and effort made to fix the issue. I will definitely be keeping MPD Plumbing in my contacts. Hopefully I won’t need them anytime soon but it’s good to have a plumber you can trust to be on time, do great work and stay on estimated budget! "Stuff happens, and this business knows how to handle it! We had a stain on the ceiling. Ofri from BTB came over and turned on the water from the upstairs bathtub and then the shower stall. The ceiling became moist after the shower was turned on. Ofri then came back with a plumber. He turned on the upstairs bathtub. After they left, water dripped from the ceiling. Ofri had the plumber immediately send over a team for a service call. They broke open a hole in the ceiling and found that a pipe leading to the bathtub was so rusty it had holes. They took videos showing other pipes leading to the bathtub were also very rusty. While the team was still there, Ofri gave us prices, sent over the paperwork and the pipes were replaced within a of couple hours. Fabulous! Ofri had thought it would take a lot longer to complete the plumbing work. Therefore, her pricing did not align with the actual work performed. She brought in Alon, who substantially reduced the price to our satisfaction. Their responsiveness and reasonableness earned them my highest rating. Thank you Ofri, Alon and the BTB team!"
