"This is about the fourth time I've used Tony's Plumbing. They always do an excellent job for me and something just as important, I feel I can trust them to give me an honest answer when they come out to do a job for me. Had them out to do clean a slow drain that had been this way for some time. Had considered getting another company out that I had a coupon for, but then decided to to call Tony's instead since I can trust them if there were additional problem. Glad I did since it turned out to be a lot more complicated than just putting a snake down the pipe as their snake kept getting stuck. Paul, the tech doing the job, finally had to replace a section of the pipe and now drain is running freely again. I have also had them out to replace my water heater, replace my kitchen sink and reroute a drain from my HVAC. They have done a good job for me each time. They are definitely my go to plumber."

"Good Guy Plumbing was able to come out to the house and provide a price quote the same day I called for a job to replace our main water line in front of our house. It had a pinhole leak. The price estimate was fair and a little less than another competing plumbing service in our area. They were able to schedule the plumbing crew to come out the very next day to do the work, and they got it all done in the time frame they promised within just that one day. The two crew members were professional, thorough, answered all our questions, and did a good job of cleaning up when the job was done. They even fixed a small, second leak they happened to see in our sprinkler pipes while they were doing the main line replacement. The new main water line has been in place for over a week now, and everything is working as it should. The only reason I gave Good Guy Plumbing an overall rating of 4.5 instead of 5 is because of a small issue that came up related to the price quoted and the final price. The price quote was based on their initial assessment that our main line should be replaced with a 3/4-inch pipe. However, once the crew dug up the old pipe, they discovered that the old main line had been 1-inch diameter, and installing a new 1-inch pipe added $200 to our final price. The crew let us know as they were starting the job that they would need a larger pipe, and that the price quote would increase by $200. Despite this issue, I think it was an honest mistake which the owner apologized for, and I would use Good Guys Plumbing again."

Alvin bent over backwards to repaire the damage, replace the ruined water heater, and make us whole. He even changed the water heater to a tankless model because the location of the ruined water heater didn't meet code and tankless was our only option."

"I stared to look for a plumber after I found water under my water heater. I jumped on Angi and posted my issue. With in minutes....Art messaged me and said he can be her 1st thing in the morning. BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber. I called him back and said lets dance. He was back at my home in a hour and 1/2...and started the work. He protected my carpet and placed plastic on it. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite. I paid him and shuck his hand. I recommend Art for your household plumbing needs. He was excellent."

Called Eric first thing in the morning because of my Mom s kitchen faucet and arranged a time for the same day. He came at the appointed time, examined the broken faucet and decided he could fix it and that s what he did. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. "It went extremely well. Felipe worked on this quickly with another skilled worker (another great, talented, and friendly person). I'm extremely satisfied with the work. He went above and beyond. He's capable of doing everything, and doing it extremely well. I've known him for awhile, for a smaller job he did for my in the past. We live roughly in the same neighborhood. The project included some plumbing replacement, adding insulation, a small roofing project with associated roof penetrations, a brand new kitchen from some cabinets and kitchen hardware I picked out, flooring, floor leveling with concrete, miscellaneous electrical work and improvements to my existing routing (including adding some fixtures), coordination with his countertop subconsultant, plaster repair with drywall, and EXTREMELY good finish carpentry (I can't imagine anyone else who would take the time and effort to do what he did here) I hired him before, I'd hire him again if he'd be interested (it sounds like in a few months we'll have some more work lined up?), and I am recommending him to my other architect friends. He's basically helped me renovate a great majority of my house, and an addition I built myself."
