"Bob arrived in a timely fashion to give us a full estimate for all work we requested. Workers arrived shortly after we agreed on a contract and proceeded to do the work in all contracted areas. All trees and bushes were trimmed, and entire yard, front and rear was prepared for full sodding. A nice grade of palmetto sodding was applied to full yard, as well as mulch, although not in the color we requested in contract, and new pump for sprinkler system was installed as well as 3 new sprinkler heads. Pump works well. NOTE: I want to stress that the trimming was fine, the pump price was fair, and sprinkler system is now in working order. The focal point of this contract was having the entire yard sodded, and I am not satisfied with the overall result, and the side of yard that was originally missed looks bad as mentioned above. Bob did offer several times to change the mulch to the color we ordered, but by this time the quality of the sodding was the issue, not the mulch color."

Any company can do a driveway but Jamie Basilio (owner) and Champion Concrete do more that. I can not find a flaw with this driveway. It is perfect. The level, the run-off, the design, the quality and the craftsmanship is impeccable. This is coming from a mild/moderate and functional OCD. "Morris and his employees worked very hard for 3 days straight to address my lawn and sprinkler issues. They removed all the bad lawn and replaced it with 5 pallets of fresh sod. He corrected my sprinkler zones and patterns by removing several and replacing others. Morris was also very quick to return to satisfy my follow-up concerns regarding a few bad sod pieces (not his fault)."
