"Great company to work with! I have a daylight walkout basement and wanted a patio cover installed over the entryway. Ken came out and talked to me about my options, and had great suggestions. The company did a great job of communicating with me about when the job would start, how long it would take, etc. I am extremely happy with the results. The entryway is beautiful, and looks like it's part of the house. Several neighbors didn't even realize we had added a cover to the entryway - it looks that much like the house! "After contacting many many contractors for removing solar panels from my roof I finally found Willet. I noticed that the flashing was lifting off the solar panels and worried about leakage. I contacted my insurance company to see if they would assist in the cost. Once the insurance company came and looked at the roof they said NO. I then received a letter stating I had 45 days to fix the roof or they would no longer carry me. I contacted 6 contractors for bids. I was told once the solar panels were removed they would have to rebuild the rafters and replace the roofing. In order to get the bids it took time and that meant my days were counting down. The bids were from 2400-5600 dollars. I contacted Willet and informed them of my time frame, by this time I had about 2 weeks left. Eric came and looked at the roof without getting on the roof he told me that wasn't part of my roof and the rafters would not have to be built. Eric e mailed me the contract and I signed and returned it quickly. <br /> The crew arrived on time and completed the job in the same day! They found that the roof only needed to be repaired where the vents came through. The bottom line is this: Eric gave me a bid and it cost less than what was expected and they returned my check with a new bill that was way lower. How many times can you find an honest company that is going to refund you the difference? You will not find this often, if at all. I highly recommend this company due to their honesty and quality of work! <br /> I then hired them again to replace my patio door lock and insulation around it. I knew it was going to take time to receive the parts since it was an original door. Eric went out of his way to speak with an Andersen door company and made sure the parts were correct. I can now lock my door, warmth is saved and the door functions perfectly. <br /> <br /> <br />"
