Smittys did a great job with communication and providing updates on the garage door order. Smittys allowed me to purchase my own opener, but explained he could not certify or give a warranty for the opener because it was one he did not use. My opener ended up being defective and I needed to return it for a replacement. Smittys came out right away to remove the defective opener and install the replacement. "Not reccomend. No English speaking, called fast and offered same day visit, then asked for $879 for fixing, then another $750 and we paid for it. And then another $200 otherwise they would live the garrage door like in the image which are in worse condition than when the project started. Didn't pay that $200. You dissapointed me, Angi."
