It ended up being exactly what he said it was going to be, and fortunately for me the part that was broken really wasn’t needed. He removed the offending part that was blocking the drain. He then closed it back up and it’s been working perfectly for over a week now. Quite honestly he could’ve worked me for a lot more money, that never seemed to be his goal. "Company is responsive,  professional,  and trustworthy.  Best Home Solutions has great   difficulty with obtaining parts  from local suppliers, which has been evident from many notes here on Angie's list.  The technician who confirmed that the problem was the compressor did all he could immediately to obtain the new part, but the local supplier was unresponsive.  This problem is ongoing, and seems to be of great frustration to BHS workers.  I was able to order the new compressor in a timely way by calling a friend of mine who is a regional sales representative for Whirlpool.  That part is to arrive on Friday of this week, three days from now, and the Best Home Solutions technician is willing to do the installation.  I wish to continue with their service.  Dick Nugent
