"Joe Marshall brought in some subcontractors: great guys, very experienced. When they came, the came to WORK, and they worked really hard and really well. Making over my garage will be a 3-phase job, and this was just Phase One: Dry wall, ceiling fan, and a waterline/sink into the projected bathroom. Great communication between them and me, great job, and I always knew what to expect. The garage looks good, all sheetrocked and the walls painted with trim, and they put a shut-off valve on the waterline, which is very convenient. They put in little details like that, very experienced, very professional."

"This is my second time hiring John to do renovations in my home. I had such a great initial experience that I had John remodel my bathroom. As was before, John is a pleasure to work with, great at communicating about timeline and his availability, and does great quality work. John removed and installed a new toilet, vanity, lighting, and retrofitted the existing pipes. He also repaired drywall as needed, re-mounted the toilet on a newly installed floor, and installed new baseboards and quarter round. His attention to detail really shows in his work. They then returned bright and early the very next morning to do a job that "wasn't enough" for 2 other companies to bother with (painting caps over windows/garage door).
