Quacker's saw that I did not have a sump pump in my sump pit so they proposed that this be the first step to fix the problem which so far is working. He also advised me to run new drainage tile away from foundation near where the water entered the basement."

The work was done to fix the cracks & provide proper foundation drainage. Because the main crack was around part of the basement window casing, at my request, they replaced the window. Also @ my request, they replaced my sump pump (which was about 20 years old). The work was very professional. They were prompt, thorough, very neat; the work was done in about 2 & 1/2 days.  Everything was explained to me. The added work was my idea, not something even brought up or "pushed" by the company.
