"I could not be happier with the final product! The first pic is the old bathroom from the 60s when the house was built. The rest are the final rebuild and it looks great. "It went well. Prompt in getting back to me and scheduling. the bathtub and shower look nice. the countertops look good but there is a ridge over where two of the countertop edges were a bit uneven and some irregularities on the finish, but it looks better than the original ones.

"They could have completed the job completely. They took pieces of it apart but they did not put those back together. I had the son of the maintenance guy put them back together. I'm just complaining about the completion of the whole job but the quality, workmanship, and everything were fine."

"Where do i even begin? Bryan and Mark are amazing to work with, very genuine and honest, and professional. Bryan explained they work one job at a time, so once they start, my house would have their full attention. Even before they begin active work in the house, Bryan confirms that he has everything picked out with me ie countertops and cabinets, and ordered, so that everything they need is here and ready to go when they start! We were dreading the idea of renovations for some time, worried about the inconvenience and mess of it all. Bryan and Mark clean up after themselves each day, not that they even make a mess to begin with! As far as inconvenience, that was so minimal... they were done with our master bathroom within two weeks of tearing out the old shower!!!! "From the beginging plans they were creative and helpful. they were able to take our converstaion and create a rendering that exceeded our expectations. 
The Contractors they used were timely and very polite. They fulfilled the design and created a space that was exactly what we were looking for. The materials used were just as promised. Quality of cabinets was good. They were able to fit the countertop to the space we had wonderfully and made the space exceptionally functional. The work space was kept clean and was minimally obtrucive to our daily lives throughout the project. OUr expectations for the project were deffitniltly reached and many aspects exceeded our plans. 
i would deffinitely use the Kitchen and Bath Depot again. From begining to end they were available and timely for questions and concerns to be resolved.

"Product was furnished, yet before proceeding with installation he offered a cheaper solution by way of a less expensive repair. In that we wanted to replace the old faucet, we decided to proceed with installation of the new unit. Very pleased with the service and workmanship received.

"We hired BB to install new kitchen cabinets as part of a complete 1st floor remodel. I had had several other contractors bid the job but never got a good feeling about their work when they would come out to bid the job. When Charlie came to bid the job I was immediately comfortable with his plan for installing the cabinets. To make a long story short we were all set to start the install of the cabinets but when they were delivered the driver dropped the first one they unloaded and after inspecting them found several cabinets and doors had finish issues. It took almost 2 months and 3 re-orders to get cabinets that were acceptable. Durning this time Tim made several calls to his rep at the retailer to try to get the problem resolved even though he had nothing to do with the ordering of the cabinets. I was so impressed with their customer service that we had them install several interior doors and all new baseboards while we waited for the cabinets. When we finally got the cabinets in we were way behind schedule, trying to have everything finished for our boy's High School Graduation party. BB worked with us to get the cabinets installed with in our schedule and we were able to get everything done before the party.
