"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"Washer was leaking small amount of water from the rear. Called Goldman Appliances. Mike came out and diagnosed problem as leaking cold water inlet valve. He ordered new part and said it would take 2 days to get the part. On the 3rd day I called and the office said they got the part in the night before and made a new appointment to install the part in 2 days. Mike called before he arrived and replaced the part in 10 minutes. Problem solved."

"I called Liberty Air around 2 p.m.. They said they would dispatch someone between 4 and 6 p.m. Harry arrived promptly at 4. It turned out to be minor. The thermostat needed new batteries. Harry checked the a/c and found no other problems. I signed up for a twice yearly service check for the a/c and furnace. I am not good about having these things checked, and this will keep me on track. Harry was very professional and nice. I would definitely recommend and use Liberty Air again."
