"My builder did a very poor job on my lower deck. Prime replaced a column that was missing a brace and had warped. They replaced nails with bolts and replaced other warped boards. This all had to be done BEFORE any under decking could be added. They added a drainage system so that water drained from above and away from the house. I could not be happier with the results.
