"I needed to replace my Water Heater with a special order Bradford Smith. This company is fair priced and does quality work. The office staff are great at answering the phone and very helpful to insure that any permits or paperwork gets done in a timely manner."

"Very grateful for such an easy and pleasant experience when I suddenly found my very old hot water heater leaking all over the basement floor on a Sunday evening. I did a quick panicked search and thankfully Arctic answered my call and put me at ease with a quote for a replacement and an install appt for first call the next morning. Adam K arrived on time, was very sweet & professional, and installed our new unit in under an hour. Will definitely use Arctic again!"

"We had several different technicians working on installing a new water heater in a crawl space. There were several different unexpected occurrences that arose, but the guys were great. They were respectful, curious, helpful, understanding, knowledgeable and extremely patient explaining our oppositions. They were responsive and prompt to some unexpected situations. Highly recommend them, I'm giving the technicians ten stars for their professional and respectful work ethics."

"The owner David Hill came right over. He assessed that I needed a new water heater, ordered the right one and installed first thing in the morning the next day. Great company, I highly recommend."

"They did a fantastic job, however I believe the labor cost was a little steep. And they should share the maintenance on the water heater with the customer."

"It went well. The install was done in approximately 3 hours; knowledgeable technicians. Our drinking water tastes amazing and resolved hard water problem."

"He removed the boiler and a water heater to install a tankless system. Had a previous flood in the house. Rob framed a new wall in metal studs to hang a tankless heater in case a flood ever occurred again. He did a beautiful job. Very happy with the work performed!"
