"I'd like to say how impressed I am with this company and the service they provided us today. This is the first time we've had a home with a well and this morning I discovered we had no water at all. I thought it might be the well pump, which had no warranty from the previous owner. So, I called this company at 7:30 am and got an immediate answer! They said they'd be out at 11:30 today. Wesley actually arrived a little earlier than that. He discovered that a lizard had gotten trapped in a switch box and by clearing it out the problem could be solved. Sure enough it was! And it was all of $139 for the visit and parts. I had imagined hundreds if not thousands of dollars today! Well done, Bay Area Pump and Well!"

"I called Jerry on a Saturday. Jerry worked with me and gave me a solution until he could get the part on Monday to avoid me paying twice for a problem he was able to diagnose on the phone. Very professional and helpful. Jerry always seems all about the customer and finding solutions when they are in a bind. When my pressure tank failed I was on the phone with him Off and on for about an hour. Jerry was patient and professional. His son replaces the pressure tank and was just as professional. $600ish for the pump install and was $345 parts and labor for the pressure tank install"

"I highly recommend Patriot Pump and Well Repair to all in need of their services. Our water pump stopped working at 1pm on a Sunday. And we got on the phone and started calling numbers left and right. Everyone else either had answering services, voicemail and I had one company tell me they wouldn’t be able to come out until the following day even though I told them we didn’t have running water in our home! Finally called Patriot Pump and We’ll repair and Scott answered which totally threw me off that I was speaking to someone. I tagged team with the hubby and next thing I knew Scott was at our home in 20 mins fixing our issue. Trust me from now on he will be the first person we call if we have anymore pump/well issues. "Company review for local business-- This time: Ants short-circuited well pump switch & needed replacement (Last time a long while back: We moved in to house and needed a pump installed to existing well.) RESULTS: Both times, Billy Clark (and sometimes his crew, as needed) were fast, knowledgeable, honest, and-- to prove that last part-- reasonably priced. Both times their installation (Last time) and replacement (This time) worked just fine. Last time, power company had power surges due to bad grounding which caused unequal loading issues, and paid for replacement, but Billy and crew made good at very reasonable rates, and both service calls (Both for the new well hookup and this recent call) were fast, effective, courteous, and reasonably priced: AND-- MOST-IMPORTANTLY-- worked just fine (other than the power surge-- which was NOT well company's fault). I know enough about wells and electrical & mechanical things to know that they treated us fairly. Yeah, I'm glad to write a review for good techs. Would use again and recommend. "Excellent, they did what they said they would do at the estimate level. The tech, Eric, really knows what he's doing and I appreciated his professionalism and explanation of the work to be done. Our water quality has improved 10 fold. I've used this company 3 times in 11 years and they've always done right by me. I'm very comfortable in recommending them for anybody that is on a well and needs to soften or improve their water quality."

"They have been very good. They have been pretty fair. If it’s a minor problem, they will fix it. They don’t say, “oh, it’s going to be this” and jack up the price. They are not the cheapest guys in town, but with him explaining what they needed to do and all of that, I can tell that they know what they are doing. At least, they can tell me what is going on and whether it’s going to be an expensive job or a cheap job and get it taken care of. Actually, I have them scheduled to come out and do some more work."

"I had my AC unit stop working overnight. At least it was in December! I called several AC contractors I have used in the past through Angie's List and none were available for at least several weeks. I also found Integrity Home Solutions Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning listed on Angie's List with many good reviews so I gave them a call. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, they were able to see me same day, except I was at work and unable to make it home in the scheduled time. They offered first thing the next morning. The technician showed up on time, explained what happened (motor burned out) and the cost to replace. I approved and he got everything completed in just a few hours. Overall, very efficient and responsive team all around. After a month, everything is still working fine. I would recommend this company for AC repairs."

"Probably not necessary to write a review on only an estimate but thought it was needed. After a leak detector company found a below ground leak in our family room wall they referred us to Everyday Plumber for the repair work. Dennis came out promptly the same day to give his views on what our options were. Knocking out part of a wall (where the leak was) and also jackhammering out some tiles and concrete adjoining that area was an unpleasant yet our most economical choice for the plumbing repair. He also gave us another option of installing Uponor pipe throughout our whole house as it is now 37 years old and the pipes may be showing their age. But this second option was also very costly so before we went any further my wife's family friend (who does commercial plumbing) came out to give us a second opinion. He stated that Dennis was spot on with his assessment but as luck would have it he offered to do the 4-5 hour jackhammering repair job for us for free and we would just have to pay for the supplies. So it was a no brainer to accept the so-called "freebie". With that said I would like to say that Dennis was very thorough, detailed, and professional in analyzing our situation. And oh, he answered an onslaught of questions from me. The price estimates he gave seemed to be in line with the jobs projected to be done but we received an unforeseen lucky break by getting help from a family friend professional plumber for basically nothing. I felt it necessary to write a positive review of Everyday Plumber for only an estimate as they seemed like a very good company. I would not hesitate to hire them in the future."
