They needed to borrow some from the homeowner even though they had the opportunity to inspect what was necessary to do the job when they came the first time and could not take the piece because it was too heavy for the workers who came. After inspection they raised the quoted price - the quote was based on photos so they were informed at the time of the request. When the piece was finished they brought the proper tools to install the repaired section."
