"Cleaned out the main sewer even though it didn't need cleaning. What was supposed be cleaned was the catch basin. Crew came over could not open the lid, told me that it would be up to me to open it. Then they would com back. You would think that they would how all the tools and no how to open any and all catch basin. They never called me back or followed up with me. I will never ever use them again. Very disappointed."

"I completely recommend The Diaz Group for all your landscaping needs. My husband and I hired them for our home to enlarge our existing tiny driveway, install pavers, lighting, complete make over of the front landscaping, backyard landscaping, lighting and pavers. Rafael showed us a virtual view of the landscaping by the help of some sophisticated software they use. =)   We were very excited to see it as it looked like a completely different home and so beautiful. All the work was completed on time to which we agreed.  I must say that everyone was professional and were experts in each of their tasks. They went about the job without any fuss and made sure that no damage to any property was made. I mention this because we had our work done the hottest week of this summer July 4th week-100 degree days all week!! Unbelievable how they worked in that heat!  Best quality of work and amount I've ever paid. Love everything!

"Although it was a little tough to connect in the beginning (due to summer rush and holiday weekend), once Maria and I connected, things went very smoothly.
She came to my house, measured and provided a quote in a very timely manner.  
I had to go through my HOA, and she was quite helpful. Providing the drawings and contacting J.U.L.I.E. as required by the HOA (and even coming out a second time to get additional details requested by the HOA).
We had set a tentative installation date (pending HOA approval) and were lucky that the HOA approval was received in the nick of time and the weather held out.
The crew showed up on time and worked tirelessly all day to complete the job. When they ran out of bricks, they went back out to buy more.  Maria  was there the entire time overseeing the work.  At one point we had an issue with the level of the patio where the base of the steps and the side of the house were out of sync (huge downward slope).  She noted the issue and provided a sound recommendation which I approved. At the end of the day, they cleaned up the entire area.  They had carefully removed sod, mulch and some of my plants to install the brick patio and when they were done installing, they replaced the sod, mulch and even replanted my flowers.  Impressive!!  Everything washed up (even the handprints on the staircase) and clean.  They were also very careful with the surrounding area.  I live in a townhouse and they used wheel barrels to bring in all the materials.  They were careful not to destroy any of the common area.  This is a huge plus and greatly appreciated.  
Overall, it was a very positive experience and I highly recommend LDP.  I love my new patio - even though it is small, it adds a whole new room for me outdoors.  Wish I could add pictures, it turned out great!!"

"Page, Mike and their staff are professionals who were a pleasure to work with.  I am an avid gardener and have installed many trees, shrubs and perennials in our garden over the years.  I wanted to find a landscape designer who was willing to save some of the stock and Page was one of the few designers we interviewed who agreed to do so.  Her knowledge of native plantings is extensive and her design sense is eclectic and creative.  The installation took approximately four days to complete.  Page's crew came to our home on time and left the premises in good shape at the end of each day.  Page and Mike maintained open communications throughout the job.  Page visited the site several times to supervise the installation and we are very pleased with the results.  I will add pictures to this review when the garden is in bloom.  I strongly recommend Townline Design.
