"Shavitz Heating and AC is always great. We called Monday AM and they worked with our schedule to have someone come between 1-3 PM on the same day. I received a heads up call that the technician was on the way at 1:45 and Craig K. arrived at 2 PM. Craig assessed the problem, fixed the first broken part and when that only partly improved our unit's function he (after asking permission and giving an estimate) continued to search for issues and performed maintenance that we hadn't had for years that has improved our unit's function to better than when we moved in 5 years ago. Service was prompt, punctual and professional - we've used Shavitz before and will continue to use and recommend."
