"The initial painting was very quick--one day to install shoe molding, paint cabinets doors, faces, drawers, woodwork and wainscoting. I was surprised because Mike had told me three days, but they sent 4 men, so that probably accounts for the difference. I had to ask them to return. Installation of granite left a 3/4 inch strip of unpainted plywood. The painters did not fill the nail holes nor sand down the line of paint build up left when the old countertops were removed. This makes me a little concerned that the cabinets may not have been properly cleaned before applying new paint over the old. Time will tell. If I could give an A- grade, I would."

"Mark arrived inspected the house and wrote something in a notebook then told me he would send me an estimate in a day or so. A week went by no estimate, no communication so I called him only for him to say he would get it to me that evening. I wait another 3 days and still no estimate. If this is how he communicates for just an estimate I can imagine how he would be on the job. A professional courtesy would've been just to say I cannot give you an estimate or am not willing to do the job either way I wouldve respected that instead of lying or stringing a potential customer along. I will not do business or recommend him to anyone."

"Jose brought a team and they began working on replacing the smoke detectors, replacing the diverter and tub stopper - which turned into a trial as the diverter was an old piece and he had to go all over town to find a replacement. He installed electrical GFCI outlets in the kitchen, two baths, one in garage and one outside - and went above and beyond by replacing the receptacle housings as well. He also found a leak behind the tub and repaired it after asking permission. the cost was very reasonable and it would have cost me three times as much with a plumber. I would use Jose again and have recommended him to my realtor and other friends. Great job!"
