They could have swept instead of blowing the debris off the concrete. It will take some time for the flowers to recover. I might have covered this bed with a light weight tarp to protect it, had I known this would happen."

They leveled the front step and the sidewalk by drilling holes in the concrete and pumping foam under them until everything was level.
