This ended up being a bigger job than I had anticipated because it involved removing part of my deck, drilling through the concrete underneath and reframing the windows. "If we could give a 10-star rating we would. We recently replaced 12 windows with JDI and have nothing but the highest recommendation for them. Rex (the owner) is great; he's very personable, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly no high pressure sales pitch, which we greatly appreciated. The price was very competitive and we really liked that NO down payment/upfront money was required until the installation was complete. We had 4 bids and JDI was the only company that offers this. Darrin Sr. (installer) and his crew (Darrin Jr. and Rob) came out for the installation; they are professional, courteous, meticulous about their work and really nice guys. Darrin Sr. is great at communicating (scheduling, expectations, etc.). They were on time and worked continuously until the entire job was completed (1 ½ days). As each window was installed they cleaned the windows, vacuumed, cleaned up all construction material and reinstalled our blinds. Overall JDI service is superb and we highly recommend them. We are more than pleased and love the Amerimax windows."
