Tim is extremely communicative and detailed, so we always knew where in the process we were, what was going to happen from week to week, and what we needed to do to prepare for the next phase of construction. Any changes, adjustments, or overruns (of which there were few) were discussed and agreed upon well-in advance. In the end, Tim built us two spacious bathrooms upstairs and moved our laundry up there, in the space of the original, small bathrooms.
