They did not charge a service fee to show up and let me know what the approximate cost would be before coming to fix my Kenmore Dryer. They called right away and came out the very next day. "Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair.
