"Yabi was excellent! He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had parts on hand for common repairs, so was able to fix my issue right away. Very impressed - will contact again when I need an appliance repair!"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"My oven 'OFF' switch stopped working. R&J determined I needed a new control panel membrane and quoted a replacement part price of $818 (which I prepaid), advising it might be weeks before the NLA part could be sourced. After 3 weeks of searching, Juliano let me know their sources yielded nothing, so I asked for part number. I found it online myself for <$50, so Juliano promptly refunded the $818. When the part arrived I booked the repair with R&J, assuming they'd honor the promise to credit my $99 initial service call fee toward installation service call. In the end, Juliano declined to honor that promise, which was disappointing. My oven works now though, so all's well that ends well, I guess."

"I needed my stovetop repaired because only 2 of the 5 eyes wouldn’t light. At the consultation, Val explained what he found, and how he would resolve it. The team showed up to the repair punctual and thorough. I would hire them again"

"Repairman Sergei was very knowledgeable and fast. Figured out what was wrong with oven in a matter of minutes. Doesn't overcharge and very honest with his work. Tells you upfront what needs repair and not pushy at all. I'm definitely using his service again."

"Professional and friendly service. Myles was able to place 2 window units ac quickly and securely. One of these units was a heavier 15000 btu that required considerable work."
