James was accommodating in regard to the fact that the job had to be done over two days since cars needed to be moved around to prevent them being parked on the street. His service was competitively priced He did show up nearly and hour and half late beyond the time he said he would arrive on both days. I would have appreciated a phone call informing me that he was running late. "Over all it was an ok experience. They got there on time , did a good job with the carpets, and cleaned up after they were done. The carpet cleaners were very ,friendly, polite. However, they came in and right off the get go, tracked mud all over a brand new foyer runner. They cleaned it for us but the whole idea behind the appointment was to clean carpets and not to create more work. They didn't even offer a discount when we even paid extra for a deeper clean on our rugs. After they finished the job they packed everything up and never asked to walk around to see if we were happy with the work. They just said that they were done and they were off to the next job. I would not use them nor recommend them to friends and family."
