"We had an extremely disappointing experience with this company and feel it?s important to share, even though this happened about a year ago. From the very beginning, we were told during our consultation that they do not work with ?middle men? and that everything would be handled directly by their team. This turned out to be completely untrue. They sent subcontractors to do the work, and those subcontractors were clearly confused about the scope of the project and what was expected of them. There was miscommunication at every level. At one point, we were even told that the company instructed the subcontractors that we ?wouldn?t notice? a difference in the deck size?essentially encouraging them to cut corners and mislead us.
