"Mike was the I my local plumber to answer my call for help. Although my job was not a large job, it was critical for me to get done during my remodel so that I could continue with my project. Mike kept his promise, arrived at the time he said he would and got the job done. Mike is awesome and actually told me to call him if I had any questions about tackling any of the other plumbing in my bath remodel or if I wanted him to come back to install anything else. "I would highly recommend Stay Cool to anyone considering installation of a Split System of cooling and heat pump capability. George the Owner, Evan and Tim provided a system that met our needs and then some. I currently rely on my oil fueled hot water and steam system for all of my heating needs until I had this system installed early November of 2019 (my home is of the 1923 vintage with limited space for conventional ducting of central air). To my astonishment I fired up my boiler only a handful of times this heating system, relying primarily on the heat pump ability of the newly installed system. My projected savings should be over $1000 this heating season. In addition I now have a fully air conditioned home with 6 separate units and 2 external compressor units. The entire system is extremely quiet and only required 3 days for full installation, I was originally concerned about the exterior look of feed lines to these units, but thanks to George, the lay out he envisioned minimized the impact, and consolidated lines. The work was clean and minimally invasive. The workmanship was equally impressive. As an added bonus there are energy incentives available through the state, and this job was one of the least expensive of the price quotes I had received. "We cannot praise Aaron enough. He had done work for us in the past when we had a serious water issue in the basement. Not only did they do a great job last time but I remember him coming by several months after just to check that all was going OK.He returned this time to assess some new water damage completely unrelatedly to our earlier issue. I wouldn’t go anywhere else when dealing with water or mold damage. Thankfully he was able to recommend some easy fixes this time. I highly recommend him!"

"Our 35+ year old boiler broke in March 2019 about a week before temperatures were predicted to go back into the 'teens. I called 3 companies, Margo was the only one to come out, provide estimate quickly with a time frame for install. Mike was very nice and courteous (wore booties when working in the house and quickly made friends with Bear our dog). They had 6-7 people on the job to have it done quickly and correctly. Not Given our plans with the house we did not want an in-place solution so we were quoted a wall mounted boiler with a storage tank (direct vented to driveway to remove chimney later) as well as a water filter/softener. Their finance plan helped us not have to compromise and spend further money down the road. In terms of post-install service is where Margo also really shined. After install it seemed that the unit was not functioning correctly. Margo came out to make sure the boiler was functioning properly. Unbeknownst to them or myself there was a gas line issue at the street causing supply issues and construction on my and next door house caused boiler to suck up the debris. After Margo took the boiler apart to clean and tweak it is running quieter than my refrigerator! There are many factors when considering a plumber for important jobs. And for a long term investment such as a boiler you definitely want Margo."
