"Very good. Jim gave us a quote and told us the extent of the work his crew would have to do. He also advised us up front that until they opened up the drywall, they could not be 100% sure there would not be more than the initial estimate. There was a little, but he did not try to gouge us and it was a fair price. His guys did a great job, and they left is as clean as they could. He also repaired some issues we found behind our wall that were not part of the initial problems. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing this type of work."
