My only gripe, (and i am guessing this is a "Louisville thing" rather than a "company thing") is that he arrived about a half hour past the scheduled time. And the reason I cant ding him too much for that is because two other appointments I had with two other companies did the EXACT same thing. So I am going to assume appointment times are more of a "suggestion" in Louisville rather than a fixed time! Ha.

He clearly stated the services that he provides. There is one charge no matter how long it takes to service the computer.
