Three hours of high-pressure sales tactics in my own home, even after I repeatedly stated I needed to discuss it with my husband. After the installation the field manager acknowledging the wave and gaps in the wall, he told me that while it didn't meet my expectations, it met their "standard of error." Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."

He consulted me often when changes needed to be made to the prints. Great communication during the whole project. He works excellent with DYI'ers like myself. "We did a remodel of our Kitchen and Master bath. The kitchen was a big project, taking out a wall and removing the back door, enlarging our bay to accommodate sliding doors. New countertops, cabinets and an island were installed. Tile was removed from the kitchen/ foyer and replaced with hardwood floors. They gave us a time frame for 4 months. We added on painting, carpet installation. tiling a hallway and new vanity and toilet in the half bath. They accommodated the extra work and completed it in a timely manner, without interruption for other jobs. We could not be more pleased with the work. Everything turned out beautifully. Terry, Jody and Brian were a pleasure to work with. They were reliable, on time and cleaned up daily. Jody is a perfectionist and if something wasn't done right it would be redone to meet his standards. They were helpful with design and handled every add on. They did not ask for money up front and kept cost updated frequently."

"For the amount that I was charged, the outcome should have been better. The hardware that was used was just cheap plastic materials. The shower rod is plastic along with tub faucet. I had to call them a couple of times to replace the tub drain. For 14k, I feel I deserve better than what I got. Besides the representative for the company seemed to be on some type of trip. Very unsatisfied. I don't not recommend them. Are they racist?"

Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom.
