"I had a Hewlett Packard PC that was about 7-8 yrs old.  I got a new Dell laptop and David installed Microsoft Office, Paintshop Pro, antivirus, and updates.  We went over old data and what I no longer wanted or needed.  He transferred or copied data from old PC to new laptop and ran tests.  He did the majority of work at his location (about 3 hrs), and then returned laptop within a week and did an onsite setup (about 1 hr).   He answered all my questions (and I asked a lot of them).  I thought he was smart, thorough, very helpful and pleasant.  He did a good job. <br />"
