"Every so often you find a residential service professional that has it all together. The folks at Mass Garage Doors proved that to me this morning. I scheduled an appointment to repair & service my double door garage opening system. It was in various stages of becoming inoperable. In scheduling the service appointment, I had warned them that various components of the system might need to be replaced. Ronen Sisso arrived on time, assessed the issues, and, in record time, he fixed the internal control pad, reprogrammed the units to work with the external key pad, the remote control fob, and my auto opening system. He also lubricated all the key mechanical components resulting in a more efficient and quite opening and closing of the doors. In going over the work that he did, he advised me that parts replacement on this 16 year old system was not warranted thus saving a significant amount of money. Without qualification, I recommend Mass Garage Doors based on their expertise, professionalism and quite reasonable costs. "Called for repair my Genie's garage door opener that could not close. They came by quick and determined that circuit board was gone bad and need to be replaced by a new opener. A new LiftMaster opener is replaced very quick and clean. All functions on the new system are better except only came with one remote control. I wish I could be told beforehand for anything less convenient (or has to pay extra to get back) comparing with old one. Anyway, they are a very trustful good company: Professional and providing a very quick and skillful service!"

"Our old garage door openers stopped working after a storm several years ago and we were ready for them to either be repaired or replaced. Braintree Garage Doors responded to our home on the same day I called. Their serviceman, Dave, was very polite and thorough, in his FREE diagnostic check. He did not just simply tell me they werenâ t salvageable, but explained why they were probably fried in the storm, and what could be done to most likely prevent it from happening again. He emailed me an estimate to replace the two units, while still at our home. Having had another company out earlier that was not nearly as thorough or responsive (and had a much higher estimate), I contacted Braintree the next morning to do the job. Dave was sent out the same day to complete the work. He was again very polite and thorough, and clearly takes pride in his work. All of the old parts were cleaned up and removed from the property upon completion. He took time to show me how everything worked, and was very patient in answering every question I had. It should also be noted that the owner, who I spoke with by phone, was also very personable. In addition, they also applied a military discount to my bill, which this vet greatly appreciated. HIGHLY RECOMMEND."

Tech came out took a look at our garage door and opener took my budget into consideration installed the new garage door opener belt driven instead of chain . Also did a rebuild so I got new springs seeing the garage door was still in good condition. Technician was fantastic left everything clean. Technician also showed me how to work the new door opener and keypad . I highly recommend this company"
