Not only are we happy with the result, but they minimized the disruption we experienced in the process. Cesar let us know well in advance when we should be out of the house, and what to expect and when. When his team encountered the inevitable snag, like the refrigerator no longer fitting, they came up with creative options, explained them clearly and let us decide what was best for us. This allowed the project to move forward on time and on budget. There was some confusion about the final invoice, and Cesar was receptive, empathetic, and flexible to make sure we were all happy. We’ll be reaching out the Top Bros construction again."
