"We had an excellent experience working with Joe Lane last spring, when we hired him and his team to make some repairs to our small cabin on the ledge of a steep mountain. Joe gave us a very reasonable estimate, which he stuck with. He also worked with us to find the best time of year to get his truck and materials up the steep slope, and was great about staying in communication with us throughout the process. We asked him to convert the cabins small attic into a loft, with a ladder/stairs to get up there and a new window. The results were beyond what we were expecting - the finished product was absolutely stunning, and completely transformed the whole space. The quality of the work was exceptional, the communication was great, and Joe and his brother and dad were lovely to work with. I cant recommend this company highly enough."

"I would recommend Darrell and his expertise to anyone. We have an older home, with a second floor bathroom. Our tub liner failed leaking between floors. My wife and I were caught between a patch job or a remodel. Darrell was able to design, discuss, and educate a newer version, using the square footage available and provide us with a final product we are more than impressed with. He was able to stay on budget and did the work in a very timely manner. My wife was pregnant at the time, he kept the air quality and cleanliness well controlled and ventilated. Darrell was able to "babysit" our high maintenance boxer who was unable to adjust to daycare through this transition, and handled our neighbors with care as we needed to borrow their driveway for some of the demo work. Darrell is meticulous with his work. The finish work and trim are perfect, and our bathroom is the best looking room in our house. His hardest work was to convince us to take a chance and not patch the existing problem, which I'm glad we did."

"We had a great experience working with Wes from Boynton Builders LLC! We had a pretty extensive basement remodel / conversion to living space project that we needed help on, and we are extremely happy all aspects of this project using Boynton Builders LLC. Wes responded quickly to a voice message I left, was able to quickly schedule a time to visit to discuss our intended Scope of Work (which also involved another project re-enforcing a carrying beam and support post in our detached garage) after which he quickly provided detailed quote that fortunately fell with our budget. We agreed to move forward, and Wes went to the Town Office for us and took care of the Building Permit and were able to start our project within a couple of weeks and the work proceeded at a good clip with every stage discussed being performed in the order identified from the onset. As the project progressed, we added an additional phase to the scope of work (Install Flooring and a new double door) and he quickly estimated the additional cost got the next phase into his schedule about a week after the completion of the first / original project. Throughout the whole project Wes was pleasant, professional, motivated and productive and open to any requests for change as the space began to be completed and new ideas came into play as we were better able to visualize the final result. Wes completed all of the work on time and within the budget/ and additional scope estimates. We already have the next project planned and will be using Boynton Builders LLC again. Any friends that have seen the completed project state that it is "an incredible transformation" and we are proud to welcome friends into a space that was once an embarrassment. I would also like to mention that I originally reached out and left the same voicemail (one right after the other) for three different contractors and Wes was the only callback received, and that was within a couple hours."

"Scott has been awesome to work with! He ran point on a complete remodel of a cabin in NH for me. I'm not local, so having to do a major rehab when living 3 hours away was concerning. Scott and team have made it more than easy. Scott's communication has been 10/10 - He constantly sends photos, always answers his phone and ensures there is a weekly goal each week. He has also brought in some AMAZING sub contractors which has also saved me a ton of time. He has managed point with all of them which helped me in a big way. Scotts work has also been fantastic. We gutted two full bathrooms which turned out way better than expected. We also brought some "ideas" to the table as the relate to accent walls which he built perfectly to spec - Couldn't be happier with how they came out. I had Scott install some high end laminate flooring which apparently is not easy to install - They turned out perfectly. Scott went the extra mile to ensure it was done correctly. Scott and team have been awesome, I'll definitely be hiring them again!"
