"We went with them because we went looking for garage doors and they happened to be the installer for a home improvement store. We thought we would go directly to the source instead of going through the store. I had to have them come out again and they were really good. I liked what they had done, so they came out 5 months later and fixed the chain that had slipped out. We had a problem with our driveway because we have trees. The way they put our concrete foundation in for our garage and how it measures, they had to back in and adjust our garage door so that it wouldn't be off. Our original one was wood and they had to do an adjustment on the side by adding pieces of wood to balance it out. These guys went in and they said because of the how it was, they would have to back it in so that the door would go down straight. They told us that it might cost a little more. That was something that I had no idea that we needed to have done. They gave us ways that we had to be able to adjust it so it would shut flat. They were very knowledgeable. The guys were very good. They cleaned up everything. They were very neat to work with. They were always on top of everything. They were terrific. I actually went out there and they were very nice and very easy to work with. They were willing to answer any questions. They were very prompt. They were very responsible. They called ahead to make sure that we knew they were coming. They were probably just as good as anybody else pricewise. I thought the quality was fine. We have been extremely happy with it, enough that we called them back when we had a different problem. We would use them again in the future."

"Called Reuben (Hoosier Overdoors) Friday afternoon close to 5:00 p.m. and left a message that my garage door opener needed replacing and that the cabling had snapped on the right side leaving the door partially opened and not quite closed all the way. Reuben called me the next morning and we discussed the situation again and he said he would dispatch his technician Carl as soon as he could pick up the parts. <br /> Carl called to confirm and I asked him if he could also replace the weatherstripping on the sides and top of the garage door. He said that would not be a problem. When Carl arrived, he opened up the garage door allowing me to remove my vehicle. I ran a few errands, and by the time I got back, Carl was finishing up. He did a great job! He even went over all the features with me. Both Reuben and Carl were totally professional, courteous, and I would definitely recommend them and their services.
