"I have a frost-free Whirlpool refrigerator that had frost build-up. Boris tested the heating element and transfer cable which both were functional. The issue was a control board that failed. He ordered the part and returned two days later to install new parts. Boris was cordial and professional in his work. I offered to pay him for his first day of diagnosis but he told me he would collect after the job was completed. I will use him in the future for all appliance repairs. Treat's was the company that installed my furnace several years ago and is the only one I choose to call for my yearly maintenance due to their wonderful customer service, professional technicians and fair pricing. As always, the technician (Billy) arrived on time, followed all safety protocols (wore a mask) and put on shoe coverings to protect my carpets from becoming soiled.
