"5 Stars – Exceptional Craftsmanship and Service from Ray Long at L&L Construction I can’t say enough good things about Ray Long and L&L Construction. Ray recently completed a 20'x12' deck off the back of our house, and the entire experience—from initial planning to final screw—was outstanding. He recommended Azek decking, and we’re so glad we followed his advice. The materials are beautiful, durable, and perfect for our space. The finished deck includes a full wrap around smooth top railing, 3-foot stairs off the side, and 5-foot stairs off the front. Ray also removed a large window facing the new deck and installed 48" french doors that open onto the deck. He carefully redid the surrounding siding and adeptly handled dry rot and structural issues from an unlevel, unplumb house with skill and expertise. What really stood out was Ray’s high attention to detail and how it felt like he was building the deck as if it were his own home. Every part of the project was done with care, precision, and pride. Ray was also extremely patient as we went through multiple redesigns to try to stay within budget without compromising quality or our vision. He offered honest recommendations and never pushed unnecessary extras—just smart solutions from years of experience. We’re absolutely thrilled with the result and would work with him again in a heartbeat. "A great experience replaced a decayed carport roof. They were honest as to what was needed. They identified possible related issues that I might need to consider, where for example, there was wood decay. They rebuilt a small 2nd-story deck and did a great job. They did excellent work, on time, and cleaned up and overall did a fantastic job. I then asked them about my neighbor's property, where the roof, gutters and yard all needed serious attention, as well as replacing two wooden garden gates. They completed all these projects in a day: a fantastic and multi-talented team!!! Great word."

"Amado and his team did an excellent job bringing the ideas we had to life. They created a contemporary space in front of our office building with beautiful pavers, concrete benches, a pondless fountain with basalt columns, an irrigation system, lighting, and landscaping. We have been getting many compliments on Sunny Seattle's work. Amado helped us to secure permitting which was a big challenge! He made sure everything was done to code and permitted. He stayed very close to the budget we set. When we had a small leak after the completion of the project he and his team took responsibility and fixed the problem and covered the expenses. "We went thru several builders. Most of them came out, measured, said what we needed to hear, then they ghosted us. No return calls or emails. The ones that did bid, had ridiculously high bids. Skyline builders came in without any judgement. No job too small attitude. They were exactly what we were looking for. Professional, clean, good communication. "Fast workers - not as detail-oriented as we needed for our hardwood floors and kitchen trim We hired Northwest Builders & Renovation to demolish a wall between two rooms, paint our LR, DR, kitchen, and a hallway. We also had them patch a section of wet lath & plaster, replace some baseboards, and hang a chandelier. (About $15k) They finished the majority of the work in 4 days - very fast! They were much less expensive, too, and we learned why later. They wanted to use laminate to finish (as the contract said) our hardwood floor patch from where the wall was. We have almost 100-year-old oak hardwood floors. When they said labor and materials are include in the bid, we should have asked which materials they planned to use. To finish a hardwood floor to them meant using laminate or engineered hardwood flooring, not real wood for hardwood flooring, AND to patch it in (leaving a line), not to weave it in as we wanted to blend it. Read between the lines to know the bid."
