"Mr. Jermyn is very knowledgeable about his profession. He came out the same day I needed someone to come and give an estimate when I couldn't get anyone else to come. It had been raining a lot and the fireplace had flooded. Although he didn't have a professional appearance he was courteous and very helpful. Due to the rain, the job took longer than expected. One thing that he could have done better was to communicate when he wasn't showing up. I had to call to find out instead, on some days, when it was not raining and I thought he could have come by to continue the work. His son assisted with the work and was very courteous as well and even cleaned the gutter that was near the chimney area. That was very nice of him, at no extra charge. Mr. Jermyn will come back around September to conduct a cleaning!"

They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. When they arrived, the gentleman informed me they also install gutters. We agreed on a price and they came out the next week and did the job.
