"CRACKS, CRACKS CRACKS !!!My brand new ten month old driveway from Total Paving is a bunch of CRACKS!!! The cracks are growing longer and wider and new ones are forming all over my driveway- down the center of the whole driveway, along the sides and in between. The owner of Total paving George Lozada even noted on an invoice that “a notable amount of cracking , which is not typical for a year old driveway , has become an issue that may not be resolved by typical repair methods”However, he would not redo the driveway which is under WARRANTY unless I hired a soil Expert and agreed to pay for the dig up of the old driveway undercutting and new asphalt which was going to be the case as asking for a driveway without cracks was opening a can of worms . I already paid 11,589 and am not going pay for a redo .The Total Paving says they Guarantee an esthetically complete driveway that shows off its quality through its beauty”- that is Not my Cracked driveway! Total Paving website states “our commitment to you is to provide a strong and durable pavement that us functional , reliable for years to come “ - that is Not my Cracked driveway.Total Paving website states “the proper steps are taken to install a driveway that lasts “-that us not my Cracked driveway! Whether it was improper base,( which I have pictures when they widened my driveway on the cracked side they never added any rocks or base the day of installation)wet base, the asphalt material or installation workmanship something went wrong that day and my driveway from Total Paving is horribly Cracked!"

"I hired these people to do my backyard and paver. They did an excellent job doing it. When something doesn’t look right to them, they fixed it for free! This is what I call a good service. The price was reasonable and affordable, it’s better than other deals I’ve seen. Their service goes beyond five-stars. If there was a higher option, I would give it ten-stars! The finished product looked, Clean, Beautiful, and they really put a lot of effort into my backyard. Now when I glance at my backyard, it looked much better than before. I would definitely recommend their service."

"I had met & showed my asphalt driveway to Ty Ward, head of TMW paving. After replacing & putting down a new asphalt driveway, one of my downspouts--from the roof--did not drain to the middle of the driveway. The downspout is near the house & has an extension--which I showed Mr. Ward on his initial visit; with the new driveway, the roof downspout extension exit now slopes back to the ground near the house, not to middle of the drive. (with my old driveway, the downspout extension exited to middle of drive.). I emailed a video to Mr. Ward; he called & I spoke with him. He was unwilling to come out & fix the issue without extra payment. I told him I was not satisfied with the end result of this situation. BTW, I had 4 estimates, of which Mr. Ward was the 2nd most $. I picked his business as he seemed to understand my concerns about drainage, which I expressed to him when we met to look at my driveway. (He took time to take measurements, assured the drainage issue would be OK, etc) I could have gone with a less expensive option, and in hindsight, perhaps should have."
