He was honest and a pleasure to deal with. He was the installer as well and did an outstanding job with the glass replacements. He cleaned up the entire work area before he left and you couldnâ t even tell he had been here. We really appreciate his concern for our home and property. "Had 3 installers bid on replacement of 5 windows. LWS was the lowest and offered the best warranty (20 years). They also directed me to Cardinal corp, the company where they purchased the windows. I was impressed with the quality of the glass and even upgraded 2 large fixed windows they were replacing. The other two bids were from well known companies and did not have the warranty (5 years and 10 years). The other 2 bids were $450 and $1000 more than LWS. It's not always wise to go with the lowest bidder but had a great experience with them. They were respectful and neat and did a great job."

The wait time for window production is reasonable and the installation is efficient. The first time we had windows replaced there was a miscommunication but the installers fixed it on the spot, no problems. The owner also allows you to buy and replace windows at your own pace, which is very accommodating since windows are expensive. Plus the windows look great! We will continue to use them in the future!"
