"I had an excellent experience with Tom. He called back with in minutes of my requesting a quote for the job. We made arrangements to meet 2 days later so he could look at what the job entails. He showed up on time discussed exactly what I needed and quoted a very reasonable price. The job was wiring power outlet and cable pass through for a new TV. TV was actually delivered a week earlier then originally planned and Tom was willing to come out the day before delivery so Tv could be installed day of delivery.
