"They arrived right on time. Brian and Tony were out installers. Took two days to install everything, the ac unit, air handler and new duct work. They let us use a portable ac unit until ours was up and running. They were friendly and very professional."

"Installers were very professional and did an excellent job on the installation"

"After getting quotes from several large company vendors, I got a quote from Diamond G A/C INC. They are a family owned business, with 30 years experience. I was thoroughly pleased with everything from start to finish. No pressure at all, came I more than $4000 less ( obviously due to much lower overhead than the large companies) After installing they arranged the inspection time for us, the inspector approved all the work in about 5 minutes. The owner of Diamond called me to follow-up if everything was working fine (it is),called me to see if inspection went OK. This experience was exemplary a company that takes great pride in going the extra mile. Highly recommend!!!"

"This company has the best and most reliable customer service. Best AC install I have ever had. 100% recommend to anyone."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"Plumber was prompt and arrived when scheduled.  He unclogged my bathroom pool toilet.  He then gave me a price for the installation of a laundry tub.  He came the next day and neatly broke through the garage wall to get to the pipes to be able to install  the laundry tub.  This precise cutting of the sheetrock made it possible for my husband to reinstall it  without any problem.  I would recommend this company and will use them again."

"They came out the same day that I called for an estimate. They were very responsive to my situation, we were traveling at the time we were trying to schedule and get the work done. Ran into some unforeseen complications during the installation process. They were resolved and the cost was reasonable. The work was completed on time and everything was picked up and cleaned up."
