He offered excellent contractors that we used for new granite countertops for kitchen and bath areas. He also met us at Floor and Decor store and assisted our selection of new bathroom tile and flooring that was used to replace our ugly old carpet in our living room, dining room and hallway areas. Contractor coordinated scheduling of tile, cabinet, plumbing and countertop installations with all sub contractors selected for our project. We are extremely happy with the results of their work!"

"Everyone has heard about "bucket" lists! One of my items in mine said, complete a Kitchen remodel before I retired. Well, it happened two years away from my retirement and very happy with the results. The time spent at the design stage with Kiersten Petty for the much-needed Q & A during the process of developing a design with our hopes and keeping practicality at bay, was well worth it. Kiersten listened patiently to our likes and wishes and incorporated them into the much-needed kitchen remodel, putting the design on paper / computer and ultimately into a contract. Sure, there were a few hick-ups during the build. She showed she cared about delivering our hopes and dreams by coming to the house with her thinking cap on her head any time she was needed. She would handle all field issues with professionalism and took into consideration our concerns and the finish product we were looking for in our new kitchen. She would always have an idea along with an altenative(s) that would also work. So, you were never pressured with a decision that you may not like at a later date. "AAA and its people are wonderful to work with and did quality work at a fair price. I really can’t say enough good things about Joe, Jim and their whole team. They took over a job that was started by a terrible builder so I was able to experience first hand how bad things can get and what’s it’s like to work with a quality team. In addition to quality work, they were just wonderfully positive people to work with. Not a single person or subcontractor was difficult, argumentized or worked with a negative attitude. There were a couple subs carried over from the previous builder that were also not great to work with so I also got to see the difference between a poor builder’s subs and a quality builder. The scope of the work was to complete our new home build after the house was built up to the point of having the framing, roof and utilities roughed in. They really did a great job of converting disaster to master piece."

It was the peak of Covid and I couldnâ t get a contractor to show up for scheduled appointments. While driving in the neighborhood, I found David Graf on a job and asked him to come by and review my situation. While he was busy managing several jobs and booked out more months, he took pity on me and graciously came by and assessed my situation. He immediately recognized issues could not wait. He sent me a quote that evening and had a crew on-site a day later. The scope of work included structural improvements and a staircase for the deck. "I hired Rickey Cheeks based on reviews in home advisor and I was not disappointed. Rickey sat down with me and talked with me and my husband about what we wanted done. He arranged to meet with us at cabinet store, granite dealer and tile stores. Once we made our selections and told him what we wanted. He gave us a quote. Even with a problem that came up along the way he held his price. The only increase he charged us was for some additional work we asked done outside of what was originally planned. Rickey made sure every cabinet was perfect, returned for replacement one that had a very slight defect that I would never have noticed. His employees were great to work with and were just as focused on every little detail. I have an odd shaped kitchen and they cut down a cabinet and custom fitted it so it looks perfect. He helped maximize my storage space. He did a great job with the lighting and installed hidden LED lighting above and below the upper cabinets so all wiring was in the walls and not visible. He stuck to the time frame to complete the job so my house wasnâ t upside down of too long. Every day the employees cleaned up as much mess as possible and put tools out of the way so we could get around the house. He was a little more expensive than a big box store, but included things they didnâ t even mention to me. He included beautiful crown molding and molding at the bottom of the upper cabinets too. We are very pleased with the outcome and would definitely hire him again if we needed any other remodeling done"
