Very organized with each team that he has. We had a little struggle with the county, for the permit and inspections but that didnâ  t stop him and he made thru . Very patient!! "Fantastic. We had painted one wall myself, just to see how hard it would be to cover the old color on my rough-textured walls. We had always done our own painting, but concluded that this job was worth hiring out. We obtained 3 estimates and selected Ed Staib for the cost, availability, and personality. We asked him to paint the walls only, because the ceilings did not need painting, and we could easily do the baseboard/trim ourselves. To speed the work along, we did all the prep work, removing all electrical outlet covers, caulking, and moving all furniture and decor out of the way. As guided by Mr. Staib, we visited the local Sherwin and Williams store and selected our colors (Staib Quality Painting uses only Sherwin and Williams paint). On the agreed-upon day, Mr. & Mrs. Staib arrived promptly, worked diligently and completed the work in one day. The coverage of the walls is excellent - no where can I see anything undesirable like roller marks, or the original color peeking through. They draped everything carefully and left no spatters behind. When they left that afternoon, I could not believe how quickly they had worked. I could not believe that I had entertained the idea of doing the painting myself. The next time I have a big painting job to do, you can bet I'll be calling Ed Staib."

Our goals were to reflect the 1920s character of the rest of the house and to integrate some features (walk-in shower and comfort height toilet) that would help us age in place. Mark's design expertise was appreciated on both counts. Mark and his crew, Dritan & Edward, were consistently professional, good communicators, great on follow-through and eager to satisfy our needs. I'm a stickler for details and Mark, Dritan & Edward were quite responsive to my needs but also detail-oriented themselves. Some materials (e.g. tile) were purchased as part of our contract and other materials (plumbing fixtures, vanity and countertop) were purchased by us so the approximate cost of service does not reflect full cost of the job which was about $27,000. We feel it the total cost was good value for the money and quite competitive in the marketplace."
