"We hired Aqua Wizard Pool Service after multiple failed attempts with other pool services. We have a very large unscreened pool that sits among many trees, and other pool services always claimed that our pool was "doomed " from ever being clear and blue because of the leaves and pollen. We hired Aqua Wizard and within a couple of weeks, Randy Bell turned our pool into the pool that we always dreamed that it could be. Randy arrives each Monday morning (and sometimes other days in the week if he knows its a holiday or a bad storm came through) and takes care of our pool with such professionalism and pride. He reallly works at making our pool beautiful. Seeing Randy and the pride that he takes in his work always starts my week off on such a positive note. "Judy Sarsten, the Ten Plus Services office manager, was very responsive, pleasant and professional.  The crew assigned to the job, Paul and Dexter, arrived at the time promised.  They showed me the corrosion problem (structural rupture) that precluded fixing the old unit.  When I inquired about replacement options, Paul provided well-reasoned advice about the heat pump and gas-fired alternatives.  I decided a gas-fired pool heater would be best.  Paul said the office would send me a proposal. 
Judy sent a detailed estimate the next business day, including the Angie's List discount and offering to waive the service call fee for the first visit.  The $2500 price seemed fair; it was less expensive than the old unit (purchased by a previous homeowner).  I accepted their proposal on the condition that the work would be accomplished within nine days.  Ten Plus Service made this happen.  Paul and Dexter did an excellent job installing the new unit and the new gas line needed to supply it.  They were pleasant to work with and readily answered my questions regarding various aspects of the installation.  They showed me how to operate it and how its use can be coordinated with my solar panels.  They hauled away the old unit and all trash.
Employing Ten Plus Service was a pleasure from start to finish.  The heater is working very well, as evidenced by a 5 degree Fahrenheit water temperature increase over two hours, even with the outside air temperature below 60.  I am very satisfied and will gladly hire them again.

"I give them an "A" because the end result was outstanding! With that being said, communication was quite a struggle through the process and the sales person was challenging to work with (although understand that he is no longer with them.) Shannon is the best person to work with - he cares about the quality! Please know that showing up (on time or even the stated day) is not going to happen as you expect it. If you can be patient with that, you will be ok. Justin know that the end result is better than imagined!! We are incredibly happy with it!"

"Drips 'n' Puddles, Inc. uses, what I like to call, satellite installers to conduct my pool liner replace. This didn't bother me, and it makes sense when dealing with remote jobs. The installer came out and measured the pool, and Drips 'n' Puddles, Inc. ordered the liner. The installer came back to install the liner and removed and prepared the pool to accept the new liner. When the liner was half way installed, I inquired about a few things that I wanted addressed. Missing mortar, in a crater format, and I also noticed that the padding wasn't pre-installed on the sides. These were two things that Drips 'n' Puddles, Inc stated they would address. When I inquired about these two things, the installer seemed a little vexed and said that he would address it later on during the install so he could get the water filling process started. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, and when I cam back to check on the work I noticed my concerns were not addressed. I called the installer and expressed I was disappointed in the work, and that I would inform Drips 'n' Puddles, Inc. Before I could call Drips 'n' Puddles, Inc, the installer called me back and apologized, and said he will come back and address my concerns. He did come back later that week, and went back to the property a little while later to check on the work. The pool looks great, and the installer made me happy by coming back and addressing my concerns. I would use them again.
