"I was able to get in contact with Frank Sullivan on a holiday, and he came out to see the problem the same day.  He is truly a nice person and is very easy to work with.  His crew did a very nice job.  There was some small debris to clean up, but they hauled away all the big stuff, and cleaned up the interior porch space.  The quality of the work was quite good.  The porch has an old wood ceiling that I wanted to match, and he did a good job matching it.  It is impossible to get the same size boards, but with the stain and finish (did this myself), the repair is unnoticeable.  He has done several replacement windows and doors for us in the past, and I would definitely hire him for another project!  Terrific!
