"Everything about our experience with this company was fabulous. Talking and arranging our appointment was excellent. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and kept us informed. She said the gentleman would be out shortly, and he was, and started immediately to address our problems. (broken water lines). He was pleasant, neat, friendly and very professional."

"Went OK. They did the work and it 'mostly worked' when they were done. I say mostly because the pressure valve was blowing off of the boiler when they were done (This was NOT happening before they had done the work). I had noticed this the day after I had paid. I contacted them and they wanted to replace the expansion tank and charge me $200. I asked - shouldn't this be covered under the initial work of $4600? They said the part wasn't explicitly in the quote. Frankly at this point to replace what really was a $40 part and half hour of time to do a fully finished job (for $4600). For 1. How am I supposed to know (as a customer) what should be on the quote for a fully finished job (pumps, piping, etc? - they are the expert) 2. How am I supposed to know this isnt their fault. (Shouldnt an autofilling expansion tank be connected to the incoming water supply?) Frankly not standing fully behind their work and making sure they do everything to do a good, finished job - left a 'bad' taste in my mouth. In the end I replaced the auto-filling expansion tank with an Extrol expansion tank for $40 and it took me less than an hour. After that it all appears to work."

"We needed a new hot water heater along with installing three new sinks after our new counter top we’re installed. I was able to get all of the work completed on the days I needed them. They were very knowledgable and friendly. Everything works great and they cleaned up nicely. I recommend calling Pipe Monster Plumbing. Susan Staal"

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."

"Service guy came as scheduled. Sent his "service" requirements to home base Home base calls back and lists, a very long list of what needs to be done and a very long list of what is not covered and what each item costs. The overall cost was outrageous and they weren't willing to give it to me in writing. Everything I had to pay for was overpriced, of course! They told me my other option would be to purchase my own water heater and they would reimburse me for what there water heater would cost, but no reimbursement for Labor, building permit, or any upgrades required by the local building department. The requirements of the building department were minimal. I went to Home Depot and had them do the installation and saved many hundreds of dollars. Lesson learned, have AHS do simpler repairs that don't require municipal building department approval. Have AHS pay for the equipment, and purchase installation from a trusted local installer."

"I needed my water heater replaced...found Bob's Complete Construction on Angie's list. He came out ahead of time to make sure of what I needed. Set up an appointment for the work at a later time. He was very friendly and on time both times. Did a very good job, hauled the old water heater away and charged a very reasonable price. He will be the first person I call if there are any other things I need done.
