"It all started out well after purchase of the initial Angie's list deal.  We promptly agreed on a date and a gentlemen came to measure and start the paperwork. Install date was set for 11/5/15. On 11/4, I was called about setting an install date.  My response was I already had one for the next day. Long story short, the company did not bother to tell me they had cancelled my appointment, they just acted like I never had one.  It was as though one side of the business did not know what the other side was doing. Since I made arrangements to be home on the 5th, I was not happy.  We finally settled on the 12th and the installation went smoothly enough.  However after completion, I noticed the installers had broken a piece of moulding in front of the patio door.  I know they realized they cracked it because they used clear caulk as a fix. I called the company and they said they would replace.  As of 11/30, the moulding still has not been replaced even though I was told the installer was picking up molding on 11/17.
I will say the person who came to measure and the lady who did the follow-up calling were professional. However, I can't say the same for the install side. The contact person was nice enough but he did not contact me to say the install was cancelled and to me it's taking way too long to replace the molding the installers broke.  I view it as a lack of integrity to cover up breaking the piece and not bothering to say anything to me.  The patio door is beautiful and I had planned to purchase a front door from them but have changed my mind.

"The project went along just as scheduled and we are very pleased with the outcome the deck is beautiful and has truly enhanced our home we are out there all the time! The service was on time and all the staff was so polite and very respectful of our privacy. They even put in the deck where there were no nails or screws protruding from the top they put the nails and screws in the side of the decking it looks beautiful and it was an excellent price. "Dan and his crew did a fine job. They  arrived on time and completed the work on schedule.  The closets they built  fully met our expectations and the doors installed all swing smoothly. Dan was extremely flexible, enabling us to add on some other jobs (e.g. tiling the bathroom floor) along the way.  His crew was polite and respectful and they cleaned up at the end of each day.  The work was reasonably priced and did not exceed the estimate.  We were so pleased with Dan's work that we have asked him to undertake a second job building his-and-her closets in the master bedroom.  He is a reliable and skilled craftsman."
