"To put it in a nutshell - awesome, awesome awesome! Todd and his partner Dave - when he was on the site - did a fantastic job remodeling our Master Bathroom. Our original contractor never showed up on time, so we decided to stop working with him after the demolition of the old bathroom. From the 3 quotes we got for the remaining work, Todd was close to the lowest price and left the best impression being capable taking on the challenging remodeling. Todd started by taking all the assembly instructions home and studied them in his private time. He corrected all the poor and partly wrong pre-work from our first constructor and prepared all the accent wall for hanging points and electrical connection for the future vanity and medical cabinet. Both of these finally beautiful pieces of Art looked more like giant puzzles at the beginning and being an engineer myself, Todd, Dave and I had several late evening discussions about the installation. The motivation for quality from Todd and Dave was nothing short of impressive and they finally got everything done in an outstanding way. All the features work just perfect and everything is adjusted meticulously. Todd and Dave were always on time, treated our house with respect and both were always very friendly and trustworthy. They also perfectly got along with our 2 dogs, so overall we can 100 % recommend them for even the most challenging Bathroom remodeling jobs. We, our-self would work with him any time again, in fact want to work together with Todd for our Guest Bathroom remodeling ."

"Highly recommend Andrew...during my original estimate call he took the time to explain his process and his quote was very competitive.
There were two cracks in the foundation in a spare room (we live in a quad, the room was half underground). Andrew filled/sealed both cracks using a high pressure polyurethane injection and about 6 rod holes that were leaking when it rained. Andrew also re-enforced the cracks. Was very thorough, even testing with letting the hose run on the sides of the house where the cracks were.

He was able to find era-appropriate flooring for the porch. He also installed much safer handrails on the steps up from the street to the porch and corrected the unsafe side entry by installing a sturdy platform and step. "I had RNL remove kitchen cabinets, and install new ones. When the old cabinets were taking out they discovered a leak years ago that was fixed by someone else but not correctly and had created a lot of mold and mildew. Tom and his crew being the professionals that they are, made sure all mold was removed, and everything was done correctly and safely. The part I liked was them explaining how they were taking steps to insure I didn't have this problem again. How reassuring that I can breathe easy knowing the work was done right. I couldn't ask for more from any company then the honesty and quality work that I received. I do wish more companies cared this much about their customers and doing a job right."

"After looking at our two repair jobs, Nosh explained in detail the work he proposed to do and the cost for each.  He discussed the options with us for fixing the front porch brick, and we agreed with his recommendation to replace all of the bricks rather than a piecemeal brick by brick replacement (about half of the bricks were bad).  Nosh impressed us with his knowledge and professional manner, so we decided to have him do the work. 
Nosh started in immediately, going to three different brick sources until he found bricks that would be a close match to the bricks on our house.  He started work on the porch promptly the next morning, arriving early in the morning and working until late afternoon when it started to rain.  He returned early again the next day and finished the chimney late that afternoon.  When working on the chimney, he had planned to replace 5 or 6 courses of bricks on the chimney, but found he had to go down about 9 courses instead (he had to buy additional bricks to complete the job).  He did not charge for the extra bricks or additional labor.  He also discovered a cracked section of flue, which he replaced for only the wholesale cost of the flue liner.  He also replaced one brick on the front of the house that had cracked, and again didn't charge for the extra work.
We are very pleased with the final result.  Nosh did excellent work, and clearly takes great pride in doing a quality job.  He goes the extra mile to make sure everything is right, and when he finds additional unforeseen issues, he corrects them to make it right (the cracked flue liner is a great example).  He leveled a section of concrete sidewalk in front of the porch, and reset and secured the concrete step up to the porch at no extra charge.  He took the time to find the right bricks to match the bricks from 2 decades ago used on our brick house - you'd never notice the bricks had been replaced.  Plus he's a fun guy to talk to.

"We had an appointment for 8am Monday. Stephen showed up around 8:20am. He was very polite, and did his best to fix our garage door opener. Unfortunately, after about 30 minutes of trying to get it to work, it was concluded that the motor had gone bad on the unit and was overheating. Stephen told me he would happily install a new opener that we could purchase through a big box store, or he could provide us with a slightly higher quality version, and he quoted us for 3 different units. We selected the cheapest one, which was a higher quality version of what had gone bad, and he immediately called his supplier to see if he could get it right away. Thankfully, one was in stock and he was able to arrange to come back first thing Tuesday morning (8am). At approx. 8:25am on Tuesday morning, he texted to let me know he would be arriving by 9am. He came, installed the new opener, and by 10:30am everything was complete. He was very professional. He did NOT charge me for Monday's visit. The total cost of the project was $400 cash. (He gave me a discount since I could pay cash.) I have a WONDERFUL opener, and in addition to the LiftMaster warranty, EZHawk will warranty the opener. If I have any problems within the next three years, I need only call Stephen, and he will take care of it. Stephen took the old unit with him, and I put the packaging from the new unit into my trash bin after he left. It took all of 30 seconds to grab it from the corner of my garage. Thanks Stephen, for getting our garage door opening and closing again! I appreciate your time, and highly recommend you to anyone needing this service!"
