Get matched with top tankless water heater installers in Holly Springs, NC

"I had Tim provide me with an estimate for tank and tankless water heater. Got the estimate and picked a tankless option only for the company to get mixed up and install the wrong device. After I informed Tim of the mixup, he was gracious enough to offer various options including removing the wrong device and installing the correct one. I didn’t think that was such a great idea. In the end, we reconciled and moved on. Mistakes happen but Tim rose to the occasion and fixed it. I would choose them to install a tankless water heater on my house again."

"Chris Cash and his assistant Hunter replaced my underground water service line on 10/27/25. Both were a pleasure to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them both for all of your plumbing needs. Chris knows how to take care of his customers and exceeded my expectations again & again!"

"My prior water heater, a 50-gallon tank, started leaking after 15 years. I called Streamline to confirm that it needed replacement, and to replace it. I was considering a tankless water heater already, and the first tech walked me through the pros and cons, then wrote up an estimate. Two additional techs came the next day to install the heater and the necessary gas and power lines. The only issue I had was that one of the newly installed gas fittings leaked gas into the basement. I shut off the supply valve and called Streamline, and they came out within half an hour to fix it at their expense. Mistakes happen, and I was impressed with how professionally they corrected that one."

"Very responsive and professional. They were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions while I was researching plumbers and the best way to approach my hot water tank replacement. Given their great service and the quality of their work, I thought their pricing was competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again."

"I called in the morning and Chris came out in the afternoon, when I was available. He explained and showed me what the problem was. He didn't have a new water heater on his truck so Tim came about 45 mins. to bring one. Installation was fast and Chris was very professional. They will be the first ones I call if I have any other issues."

"Chris and his assistant today, Robert, were professional, courteous, and honest. I scheduled them to change out water supply lines on 5 toilets in our new home. Chris assured me that the lines installed were of high quality and did not need to be changed out. I have plans to install a water monitoring system and will definitely use Cape Fear (requesting Chris, of course) for the job. I highly recommend Chris and by association, Cape Fear!"

"Edwin came over straight away and fixed my water heater in the same afternoon"

"Jeremy did an amazing job! We had received quotes from other plumbers and wanted another opinion and I’m glad we did. He literally came to the rescue! He was fair, reasonably priced on time, and explained the process completely. This was literally an emergency without hot water. I would definitely rehire him and recommend him. Thanks, Angi and Jeremy!"
